Today, 12.09.09, we are finishing up the packaging for the Last Bullet DVD. Jason Sirotin, Jason Marraccini, and Trey Gregory over at ECG are putting the finishing touches on the film.

Next week on December 18th we show it at the Reynolds Plantation; we are their big grand opening, provided that the theatre is finished on time.  Last Bullet will be playing on 4 screens in front of the main attraction, which I believe will be The Day the Earth Stood Still, but don’t quote me on that.

Next week we start submitting to film festivals. Right off the bat, I want to submit to the GI festival in Washington D.C., the Atlanta Film Festival, the Sarasota Film Festival, and a couple of smaller ones around the country. Unfortunately, we missed out on Sundance and Slam dance but we can submit to them next year. I thought we would be ready for South by Southwest but the movie just is not there yet and needed some more work. Maybe next year. Some exciting news—I have a scheduled interview coming up with film critic Jonathan Hickman of Einsiders.com.  He saw an early version of the film and gave it a favorable review and I can’t wait for him to see the final cut. He will officially review it on his website www.Einsiders.com  Look for a link to the review when it is posted.
